Tubes are crucial components in construction, serving as the foundation for structures by acting as screw piers. Our system accepts tubes in packs, processing them through a series of meticulously designed stages:

• Cut to Length

  Each tube can be cut to specific lengths, ranging from 1 meter to 5 meters, to meet the diverse needs of construction projects.

• Swaging for Extensions

  Tubes designated as extension pieces undergo a swaging process. This critical step reduces the tube's outside diameter, enabling it to be seamlessly inserted into another tube, ensuring a secure and efficient extension.

• Drilling for Connections

  Our system carefully positions each tube within the drill station, where holes are drilled at both ends. This essential process facilitates the connection to an excavator's hydraulic auger driver, the attachment of the auger tip, or the linking to an extension tube, ensuring versatility and robustness in application.

• Packing and Preparation

  After processing, tubes are meticulously picked and placed onto a trolley, ready for manual strapping. This final step ensures that the tubes are securely packaged and prepared for immediate use on site.
